So simple – and so good! There's no need to serve meat anymore - it is not only vegetarians who will appreciate this delicious dish! If a starter is served, then this quantity is sufficient for four people. If there are two really hungry people at the table, then there probably won't be any leftovers...

INGREDIENTS
500 g mini-penne9 eggs
250 g freshly shaved Parmesan
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix in the Parmesan. Drain the pasta well and mix into the cheese-egg mixture, put into a large gratin dish. Place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven (fan-assisted) at 400° and bake until the crust is golden brown.
