SURFACE
SILVINOX
Most DEMEYERE products are made of stainless steel and have a special Silvinox surface. Impurities are removed from the surface and corrosion resistance is increased. The stainless steel is easy to clean and is resistant to fingerprints, aggressive cleaning agents or highly acidic foods. The products remain silver-white, even after years of use.
BASE TECHNOLOGY

PERFECT TEMPERATURE CONTROL TO THE EDGE
7-PLY-MATERIAL
7-Ply material is a unique technology consisting of seven metal alloys, including made of stainless steel and an aluminum core. This technology is used both in the bottom and in the walls of the pans and ensures optimal heat distribution over the entire surface of the pan up to the edge, as well as perfect control of the cooking process. Thanks to TriplInduc, the 7-layer material achieves up to 30% more performance on induction hobs.
The overall thickness of the 7-layer material is always adapted to the type of preparation to create ideal heat distribution.

5-PLY-MATERIAL
This special combination of different alloys - including aluminium - ensures that the heat is not just concentrated in one place, but is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the pan. Thanks to the magnetic stainless steel on the outside, the products are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.
INDUCTOSEAL-BODEN
Der InductoSeal-Boden besteht aus sieben Schichten. Eine Kupferschicht, hermetisch in den Boden eingeschlossen, sorgt für eine optimale Wärmeverteilung über den gesamten Boden und schafft eine wärmeleitende Oberfläche, die bis zu 33 % größer als bei einem herkömmlichen Boden ist. InductoSeal ermöglicht einen kontrollierten Kochvorgang auf schwacher Flamme und spart Energie. Die Kapsel wurde hermetisch an der Seite verschweißt und ist besonders hygienisch, da kein Wasser, Fett oder Schmutz in den Boden eindringen kann.
INDUCTOBASE-BODEN
Der InductoBase-Boden besteht aus sieben Schichten mit einem wärmeleitenden Kern aus reinem Aluminium. Diese 5 mm dicke Aluminiumschicht garantiert eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung über den gesamten Boden für optimale Leistung, sogar auf schwacher Flamme.
KAPSELBODEN
Die Produkte der Resto by DEMEYERE-Serie sind aus 18/10 Edelstahl und haben einen 4 mm dicken Kapselboden. Der Boden besteht aus drei Schichten, mit Edelstahl an der Innenseite, einem 3 mm dicken Aluminiumkern für eine gute Wärmeleitung in der Mitte und magnetischem Edelstahl an der Außenseite. So kann das Kochgeschirr auf allen Herdarten verwendet werden, einschließlich Induktion. Außerdem sind die Produkte für den Gebrauch im Backofen geeignet.
SPECIALIST IN INDUCTION
As a pioneer in induction cookware, DEMEYERE developed specific materials for induction cooking back in the late 1970s. Unique DEMEYERE technologies such as ControlInduc and TriplInduc guarantee greater efficiency, speed and safety on induction.
CONTROLINDUC
Induction cookers produce very intense heat within a short period of time. To maintain the ideal frying temperature, DEMEYERE has developed pans with ControlInduc, a safety system that limits the maximum temperature of pans on induction cookers to 250°C. At a temperature of up to +/- 220 ˚C, pans with ControlInduc heat up like any other cookware. Above this temperature, the performance of the inductors will slowly decrease and then stabilize at 245 to 250 °C. If you then put something in the pan, for example a piece of fish or a little pancake batter, it cools down and the inductors automatically start up again.
TRIPLINDUC
TriplInduc is a unique combination of three alloys that increases induction cooking performance by up to 30%. This composition also guarantees a constantly flat floor, so that the heat source can be changed at any time.
CONTROLINDUC - THE MATERIAL
The material used by DEMEYERE in the outer layer of the ControlInduc pans has very special properties. It is a special alloy that remains magnetic up to a temperature of 250°C. Above this temperature, the material loses its magnetic properties and tells the induction plate that the energy supply must be reduced. An induction hotplate requires a magnetic material in order to be able to generate heat. In this way, ControlInduc avoids loss of warm-up time and ensures that the pan always stays warm without the risk of overheating.
CAREFREE FRYING WITH LITTLE FAT
Some frying pans from the DEMEYERE range have a non-stick coating: Ceraforce Ultra or Duraslide Ultra.
CERAFORCE ULTRA
This innovative ceramic coating is free of PTFE and PFOA and does not release toxic gases when frying on a high flame. Good non-stick properties are combined with extra high scratch resistance.
DURASLIDE ULTRA
Duraslide Ultra belongs to the latest generation of conventional non-stick coatings. For even better wear resistance, the non-stick coating consists of three layers. Safe to use up to 230°C, but not under the grill.
FUNCTIONAL AND AESTHETIC
TIGHT CLOSING LID
The lids from DEMEYERE fit perfectly on the cookware and therefore close very well. They can also be interchanged with pots and pans of the same diameter. With a well-closing lid, neither heat nor energy is lost.
ERGONOMIC HANDLES
The handles are made of solid 18/10 cast stainless steel and therefore stay cool longer on electric stoves. Be careful with gas stoves! Flames rising above the edge of the floor can heat the handles. Thanks to the unique welding technology, the handles are extra strong and extremely hygienic. Dirt, grease or bacteria do not settle here.
PERFECT CASTING RIM
The upper edge of DEMEYERE cooking pots and pans has a specially shaped pouring rim. This enables clean pouring without dripping. Frying pans and conical sauté pans do not have a pouring rim, with the exception of the conical sauté pans from the Atlantis and Industry series.
