Cast iron cookware has been used for many centuries, among other things because of its excellent energy efficiency. The material is known for its even heat conduction and storage, which allows fried dishes to develop many roasted flavours. Protective enamelling
The inside of the cocotte is covered with a matt black enamel with a rough structure. This is scratch-resistant and acid-resistant and thus ensures that the cookware lasts for a long time.
From solid to liquid
