ZWILLING knives love wood as a cutting board. This durable oiled oak board is the ideal addition to gently preserving high-quality blades. 35 cm long, 25 cm wide and 2 cm thick, it is large and sturdy enough for cutting fruit, onions, carrots and other vegetables, as well as meat, fish, cheese and sausage. It can be used on both sides, the circumferential juice groove on one side is particularly well suited to collecting liquids, such as when cutting oranges or the like. The high-quality oak wood is hygienic and easy to care for, thanks to the naturally contained antibacterial tannic acid: simply rinse with hot water, dry well and occasionally rub with a little cooking oil.
