The ZWILLING Pro S sous-vide lid is the perfect addition to your ZWILLING ENFINIGY sous-vide stick. The specially developed lid has a recess that is precisely tailored to the size of the sous-vide stick.
You can now also cook sous-vide with the lid closed. This reduces energy consumption by up to 50%, as less heat and water vapour escapes and the stick does not need to be reheated as often. This is not only easy on the wallet and the environment, but also the sous-vide stick itself, as it is less stressed thanks to the reduced number of heating cycles.
Less water evaporates, which is particularly relevant if you have cooking times of several hours. The water must not fall below the minimum water level of the sous-vide stick during vacuum cooking. The lid removes the need to refill water.
The sous-vide pot lid with satin finish is not only made of 18/10 stainless steel, dishwasher-safe and therefore particularly easy to clean, but also multifunctional: Thanks to the silicone insert supplied, the recess can be closed easily and the pot lid with recess can be used for every 24cm diameter stock pot.

ZWILLING ENFINIGY Sous-vide
Sous how? Sous-vide is a cooking method where fish, meat or vegetables are vacuum-packed and cooked in a water bath at the optimum and lowest possible temperature. Vacuum cooking is easy with ZWILLING sous-vide products – the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE vacuum bags and pump and the ZWILLING ENFINIGY sous-vide stick. Simply fill a stock pot with water, attach the stick to it and set the cooking time and temperature – matching accessories such as support grilles and pot lids are also available – during the heating phase, you can prepare your food and vacuum it in the matching bag using the vacuum pump. Once the target temperature has been reached, the bag can be added to the water bath. After cooking, briefly sear at a very high heat – for tasty roasted flavours!
