This is ensured by the robust, hand-ground shear blades made of stainless steel, which have been hardened in a special process. And the micro-serration almost perfectly holds the item being cut. The integrated opener helps you loosen, for example, tight screw caps. A beautiful detail is the red locking screw with ZWILLING logo. If needed, it can be used to readjust the shear blades.
