Perfect Paella pan! The cast iron is perfect for searing shellfish, and rice. Finishing it off in the oven creates a nice crispy rice crust which is a delicacy in our home! Double handles, makes for easy transport, and the Graphite Grey makes for a fantastic serving piece.
However, if you have a house filled with kids, and you want to make a ton of silver dollar pancakes, this is the pan for you. Large surface size, with the benefits of cast iron heating and browning, makes the pan more versatile than your typical stainless steel Paella pan. Love having one pan that can be put to so many different uses.

Skillets with double handle is really great, having an extra handle for more control when transferring your delicious food and less fatigue. Keep food warm and evenly cooked for cast iron offers steady, even heat distribution, so the temperature of the pan won't drop as you cook. Basil is my most favorite color for Staub collections, colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F.

Most used pan in my kitchen
Griddle in the morning, fry pan in the evening, this pan gets used everyday.
Give it a light coat of vegetable oil, add a little butter for frying eggs and you're ready to cook. Because of its size it does take a little longer to heat up, 10 min. on med-low heat.
I admit I bought my first piece of Staub because of the beautiful grenadine color, little did I know that it would lead to replacing all my cookware with Staub. It cooks so evenly and everything tastes so much better I will never use anything else.

Perfection in a pan
This pan is a beautiful creation. It is large enough to fit four chicken breasts or steaks, or whatever you choose, without any crowding. The heat distributes nicely and the cleanup is easy. I love the handles that don't get in the way of anything else and allow it to go in the oven easily. I am excited to use it all the time and happy that I treated myself to this special gift. Thank you to Staub for their attention to detail and also for the beautiful packaging. Also thank you to ZWILLING for offering it a great price.

I've been receiving conflicting information about this STAUB fry pan. I need something I can sear beef in without any concerns about the enamel (550F+). Some pans list 482F, some list over 900F; what is this particular pan rated for?

Do I season this pan at all? If so, how?
Seasoning is not required on enameled cast iron, but many customers do choose to season just as you would raw cast iron to help prevent sticking and enhance the flavor of the food.

I see the question about Staub not having lids for this pan, but is there any other lidded item you make that I can purchase which would fit? Desperately seeking a lid for my pan. Except for the lack of a lid, I love cooking in this pan. Thank you!
While it's not a Staub product, I found a 34cm glass lid on Amazon which I ordered. Hope it fits! Thank you anyways
