Bad bad bad customer service
I ordered 2 baby woks and one of them was chipped. I emailed them twice and call them but never replied or answered. That's horrible customer service ever.

Rice and More Rice
This is my idea of a perfect rice bowl. Stuab's black matte finish is phenomenal. I can prep the rice and put it into these bowls ahead of the last min cooking and the rice will stay hot and moist. Oh and I have done French onion soup in these as well but don't tell the French.

Cook, reheat, repeat.
This is not just for entertaining, it is a terrific option for cooking for one and especially for reheating. For whatever reason, I find that I can reheat in this wok more efficiently than in a saucepan or a skillet. something about the heat and shape make for a great reheat on most leftovers except maybe soup. I like the way foods brown a little without drying out as they do in a skillet.
I've also used it to do a quick braise on meats, or cooking rice and grains for one. Cleans up nicely.

I liked this graphite, mini wok!
I bought this for my daughter's future apartment, it is adorable perfect graphite mini wok. Colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. It's one of the popular mini Staub cast iron being sold at our store. It is mini but impressively useful and it comes with the lid. You can cook single serve appetizers, stir frying or deep frying small portions, cheese or chocolate dip.

So useful
This small cute pot can do a lot of things.
First, reheat your left over on stove top or toaster oven.
Second, bake it. I used for individual pot pie, amazing results.
Third, use as individual dish...and many more. Why 4 star? I wish just little bigger than this. But still love it. I bought 4 of them.

Great mini version of a wok
This is such a cute mini version of a wok that is great for cooking and serving side dishes. The handles on the wok make it easy to grab when it is on the stove top or in the oven. Because this is made out of cast iron, it retains heat really well, so that the food inside stays hot for a long time on the table. The lid is made of glass and makes it easy to see what's going on with my food without taking the top off.

can this baby wok be used for deep frying
The Staub Cast Iron 0.5-qt Baby Wok is just as strong and sturdy as the full size Wok. While you can deep fry, we ask that you do so with care as the baby wok is small and oil can easily drip outside the pan.
