You can even bake in these up to 500F in the oven - we make individual bread puddings and custards in them all the time. They are durable and chip resistant, what more could a cook want?

What is the volume /capacity as well as dimensions (Ht./circumference) . recomʻd ie you have a human hand w/ wooden spoon in photo for scale .

Each bowl holds 1.3 quarts, and the dimensions are 6.7" in diameter X 3.6" tall. They are appropriate as a small serving dish (for sides) or a very large individual meal.
