Rated 4 out of 5 by Annie30866 from Nice dishes The multiple sizes are perfect for different dishes. The smallest is great for when you’re just baking for two. I like having the option to choose. They’re very easy to wash and are nice and sturdy without being too heavy. I will say that when using the largest dish to bake, the handles broke off after I took the dish out of the oven… I’ve never experienced this with any other ceramic cookware/dishes. I was very surprised as this is a reputable brand. Luckily the retailer we purchased from sent us new dishes at no charge. I like these and will continue using them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by GwenB from Great pans! These two pans are just the right size for 2 people. The larger holds 2 or 3 chicken breasts and the smaller is great for 2 or 3 baked potatoes or one whole acorn squash, split in two. These are smaller in size which is exactly what I was looking for.

When I went to wash it, I found a large crack running through it. (I have now noticed several reviews on other sites mentioning similar experiences - so BEWARE)

What I really like about this set is that it is oven/broiler safe to 572 degrees. I've seen many other similar products from other brands that are "broiler safe" but only to 500 degrees. A broiler on a modern oven can be between 500-550 and Staub is the only brand I could find with ceramic bakeware that can withstand that full range. I am super happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to others! Also - another plus is that they are super easy to clean. Mine still look brand new even after having to scrub off some baked on grease

I never really understood the difference until I talked with potters in Canada. They explained how the quality of clay as well as the way a piece is made make all the difference. I appreciate these bakers more now that I understand that. Two good sizes if you don't want to eat leftovers for days. These are a rich French blue. Great to bring to the table.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Crw207 from Amazing Quality, Constantly Exceeding Expectations After some less than stellar experience with my previous Le Creuset ceramics, which I purchased from Amazon - important context, I was ready for an upgrade. My biggest complaints with my old set of LCs was they that tab handles were hard to grab with greasy, wet or pot holdered hands, the dimensions were a little odd for several of my recipes and, most importantly, they were incredibly difficult to clean. All of those complaints are remedied with this Staub set. The handle loop are easy to grasp regardless of the size of the dish and extraneous hand condition, they bake evenly, look great and so far clean up much more easily. And on top of everything. The set is a fantastic value from Williams-Sonoma. And it matches well with the LeCreuset Indigo color. I’m thrilled and cannot recommend these enough.

I have STAUB CERAMIC - RECTANGULAR BAKING DISHES/ GRATINS, and they have crazed all over the inside of the dishes. Is this normal? Is this ok? And if not, is it covered by warranty?

Is 9 x 13 the inside dimensions of the large baking dish in this set, or does that measurement include the handles? What is the quart capacity of the large baking dish? Is it the same item as the 4.75 quart baking dish that is sold separately?

I measured the liquid capacity of the set of 3 rectangular ceramic baking dishes, getting each of them full to the brim. The largest size holds 136 oz brimful, but 3.5 quarts would be the maximum limit that I would fill. The middle size holds 74 oz brimful, actual max usage 2.0 quarts. Smallest holds 32 oz  brimful, maximum actual usage 3 cups  (24 oz).

Hello, these baking dishes are very nice indeed, I have two of them of different size. My question is whether it's save using it for grill, I have a gas grill in my (gas) oven, at the top of it, fixed temperature. Is it a chance of damage for such use?
