Rated 5 out of 5 by from Try it the European way. This angled spat is for icing. Period. Or at least that what I was taught. Now I am opening my horizons. It can also flip pancakes, eggs, omelets, crepes. It is a pretty useful tool if I get out of my head and try new techniques. The offset is what makes this spat so useful. It remains in my baking drawer, I often bring it out when I want to challenge myself to learn a new skill. But for the record: its a terrific icing spatula.

The handle is round and comfortable to hold and the long smooth edges make this perfect for spreading frosting and fillings. I have used it for flipping crepes and will try it on pancakes and omelets next. Super easy to clean because it goes right into the top rack of my dishwasher.

This Pro kitchen gadget has many purposes not just an icing spreader.This spatula is a perfect baking gadget for spreading butter, icing, and smoothing toppings on your cake. One of Asian dishes I know for this spatula is perfect for the job is a steam fish topped with mayonnaise. It can be used to pick up sliced food for easy transfer from a pan to a plate. It is manufactured of premium stainless steel, it is comfortable and works to flip and turn food, easy lift spatula.

I use it for lifting cakes and pies out of their pans. Primarily a bakers tool, however it also a good spatula for picking up long narrow fish fillets.

It is manufactured of premium stainless steel however it is comfortable and flexible to flip and turn food, easy lift spatula. This offset spatula is perfect baking gadget for spreading butter, icing and smoothing toppings on your cake. Rated 5 out of 5 by from An icing spatula, that is beautifully designed and extremely durable. This spatula definitely ices cakes, but is good for so many other reasons. Crepes and pancakes are flipped with ease when you use this spatula. This spatula is also used to get to the bottom of your jars and make sure you get every last bit of food off of your jars! By far the best use of this spatula is definitely for icing cakes, my children feel like professional bakers when they are icing and decorating using this spatula.
