Rated 2 out of 5 by albert from The Nonstick Surface Chipped Off in 3 Months I loved this pot. It looks good, nonstick, heats fast (for induction), and ruggedly built. Unfortunately, after a few months of very gentle use, the nonstick surface chipped off quite a lot around the rim of the pot. I have about 50 pieces of induction cookware at home, about half are non-stick, and none others have performed so badly as far as non-stick surface chipping off is concerned.

I would not have put it in my dishwasher if it had not said “dishwasher safe”. It is not. Big chips in the coating appeared after just 6 months of occasional use. I would have ordered a set, were it not for this. And it is not a cheap pot.

Like many consumers we have tried numerous other brands and have found Henckels - ZWILLING Spirit 3-ply Ceramic to hold up well in daily use. Yes some may find it pricey but worth the money...You won't be replacing this cookware very soon...Those who take care of their cookware already will agree this cookware will take care of your cooking...

That said, while my husband was cooking dinner and not even near the cooktop, the glass lid shattered while on the pan, food had to be tossed, and no way that I can find to have just the lid replaced. This is heartbreaking to be honest.
