Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great everyday pan A 10-inch skillet is one the most popular sizes. Great for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. Available in 3 sizes, these stainless steel skillets are great for frying, searing, browning. They are well made, heat quickly, hold the heat and cook evenly. They can take high heat for searing, or hold low heat for delicate pan sauces. These pans are made of 3 layers of clad metal - a thick interior layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 steel. Because they cook so evenly - no burn spots and clean-up is easy. Dishwasher safe, but if you can, hand wash. It will look like new for years and years and years to come.

This is by far I can recommend for anyone who's looking for at least a 3-ply stainless steel construction fry pan and looking for inexpensive high quality stainless steel. Constructions of this pot is impressive, it's a solid piece of steel in and out for easy maintenance, mainly cleaning should be no food residue leaving around the external part of the pot. Thick aluminum core conducts heat quickly and evenly cooks food. Large, stay-cool loop handles designed for easy maneuvering and control while wearing oven mitts. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely love this pan! I purchased this pan at a thrift store last year as the $9 price tag was hard to turn down. It looked like it had been used a couple of times as there were a couple of light scratches on the handle and the ceramic was in perfect condition without any blemishes. I use it for omelets and the ocassional scrambled egg. It does stick if I use nothing in the pan, however it needs a little oil, butter or ghee when using it. My omelets come out perfect everytime and cleanup is a breeze.

Great way to get it but it’s only worth it if it lives up to what it claims. I love it! Had it for 4 years and use it every day. I do not understand the people that take issue with it. I think they don’t take proper care of them and/or cook at way too high of temperatures. I do use cushioned separators to store them. I used to just keep the cardboard protectors they came packed in but Aldi had a great deal on them so I got enough for all my cookware. I’m glad I did. Great cookware is an investment and makes cooking enjoyable. Proper care can extend the life exponentially.

This pan was hand-washed only and hung up. I used soft utensils to cook with…I babied this skillet! So, maybe I got a bad one?! I sent it back to the company & it took them 6 months to give me a new one (I paid shipping & wasn’t reimbursed). The replacement was even WORSE! The second time of using, I cooked eggs….bad sticking….for the money, I truly expected better. My TFAL pan out-performs this many times over……however, I love the knives.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best frying pan This is possibly the best frying pan I have ever used. It heats so evenly and quickly, even on my "not so new" electric stove. The handle feels comfortable in my hand. And the hole in the handle allows me to hang it from my ceiling pot rack. The nonstick surface is definitely the best I've ever used. I knew the Henkle brand from selling the paring knives in our first business. Opened in January 1974, we probably starting selling the knives by 1975. This frying pan is wonderful and may get passed down to the family member who loves to cook. ( I am 75. This pan should last longer than me. )

Right from the beginning food stuck to the pan and they were very hard to clean, despite following the recommended instructions. Customer service said they would not stand by the product because it looked like I used them a lot. I guess you are just supposed to look at them. Very poor quality, don’t waste your money.

What does this mean?  "Oven safe up to 500°F / coating and glass lids 400°F" Why would you list the pan safe at 500 degrees but not the coating on the pan??  Can I bake in the oven at 450 degrees or not? errrrrrggggg
