Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Satisfied Enameled cast iron is not designed to be non-stick. It is designed to be able to stand up to acidic foods like tomatoes, (unlike seasoned cast iron), to not pass on food flavours to the next dish, (unlike seasoned cast iron), to be low maintenance and to be easy to clean. These skillets have performed perfectly so far. Very satisfied with them and have no problems with recommending them.

I have  bought the blue frying pans I season them with the oil but the food always sticks why is this?

where is made it ?

In the manual for the pans the text suggests adding cooking oil to the pans prior to use in order to enhance the properties of the special black enamel. Is the oil supposed to be added while cooking or after washing prior to storing? Temperature matter?
