Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible lid design I purchased this item a month ago, and I’m disappointed with the lid design. Removing the lid is incredibly difficult, even after letting out the air. When closing it, you must lift the tab to prevent an air pocket from forming, which can keep the lid from sealing properly. Additionally, there’s very little space to grip the lid when opening the container, making it hard on your fingers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great size containers, surprised with shaker lids Was looking forward to replacing my original spice containers. Size of item excellent but unless I don't know how, its is impossible to remove the shaker lid making it hard to transfer content from a purchased bag or container as well as washing and drying the inside completely. The pictures of the container clearly show the insert completely separate from the container. When I called customer service I was told that if I could not take them out easily, I better not attempt to in case they might break.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t buy it The lid is very tight compare to the other shape of vacuum box (same series) I bought. I purchased this box this year (couple months ago). One day, I realized the vacuum sealed was not functioning. I wasn’t sure why. The box has a crack on the bottom now. I don’t remember dropping it. I visited Metrotown zwilling. My intention was to get another one. However, when I inquire the crack for this box. The sales person immediately had an attitude. She made me feel like I was there to ask for money. I had to tell her I purchased the whole set of the vacuum sealed box. I liked it. I came back to buy this one. Among them, the only one has problem is this one. As a customer, i felt very uncomfortable being questioned and looked down on. I felt really uncomfortable that I had to described a whole story of me being a reliable customer. I am the customer. She is the sales person. She asked me whether I dropped it. She has the attitude of I was there to ask for money. She eventually asked me to bring in the cracked box to show them. It was a very unpleasant experience. For this amount of money, I expect no cracking in short period of time. If I were to have this quality of vaccum sealed box, I would have bought something from Temu with cheaper price. Not to mention, the sales person had an attitude. My original intention was to purchase a replacement. I left without buying anything.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glass containers do the job I bought the Fresh & Save plastic and glass containers. The plastic one doesn’t stay vacuum sealed. The glass ones are much better. My leafy greens have a much longer life span by 3 weeks without wilting. I also keep my fridge quite cold. Go with glass instead of plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my spice drawer We have a large spice collection which are sourced from various companies. These jars are large enough to hold the spice mixes from speciality companies and the ones I pick up in bulk. Additionally, I like the shaker lids with the dual opening options and that I can extend their shelf life with the vacuum. I’ve added the labels so I can easily identify them and how many will fit in the spice drawer. I have had no issues with them.
