Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please don't buy the vacuum pump. If you buys it a Please don't buy the vacuum pump. If you buys it and it breaks by itself then you will have to pay for it. I bought the pump and used it for less than 4 months but it already got broken. The battery won't get charged so I can't use it. But Zwilling told me that if I want to get it fixed I need to send then it and they won't pay for the 50$ return label under the warranty policy. In addition, the money I spend to buy the multiple sub parts needed for the product have gone to waste. What if the product you bought was the fault of Zwilling but like us they won't pay for return label and also not even get it fixed or replaced if you don't have the warranty. It'd be better to just buy off of a no name brand, they'd give you better service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke after one use sous vide. Primary reason I bought this fresh and save system was to use the vaccum seal bags for sous vide cooking. I used one bag for a roast, washed it by hand and attempted a second sous vide. The bag ripped and my sous vide leaked. Waste of a nice piece of meat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Poor Customer Service I have been using the Zwilling system for several years now. Have been pleased up until now. I purchased multiple boxes of these bags over the past year. Just opened a new box and four (4) of the ten (10) bags in the "newly opened" box were of no use. The fixture on the bag that the vacuum attaches to broke away from the bags when I tried to remove the air. Zwilling has come up with every excuse imaginable as to why they are not covered by any warranty that might be offered. I have been told that these bags all have to be inspected as soon as they are received. As I have told them, this damage would not be visible until you had food in them and were attaching the vacuum. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to test out each bag as soon as they purchase them. These bags were brand new and were being used for the very first time since their purchase several months ago. I am attaching a photo showing what happened to the bags when I tried attaching the vacuum. I am certainly not a happy customer at this point and would definitely not recommend Zwilling right now based on their customer service alone.
