You can now bring this tradition into your home with the oval Dutch Oven from the BALLARINI Bellamonte series with a length of 23cm.

Enjoy all the advantages that cast iron offers you with its special properties: ideal heat distribution, intense taste and distinctive roasted aromas, a difference that is particularly noticeable in slow cooking. In addition, the Dutch Oven has a lid with a drop structure. This ensures that the moisture is evenly distributed over the food, making your dishes so tender and aromatic. To ensure a long service life of the Dutch Oven, it has an enamel coating, which makes it very robust and scratch-resistant.

The Dutch Oven is dishwasher-safe and therefore very easy to care for. In addition, the Dutch Oven is suitable for induction cooking and ovens (up to 240°c). Of course you can also serve your creations directly out of the induction Dutch Oven. Not only does it keep the food nice and warm, but it also inspires with a design that was created in Milan by Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez.
