Description
This sage coloured multifunctional braiser with a special Chistera Drop Structure on the underside of the lid keeps food moist during cooking. Condensation is evenly drizzled over the cooking food to keep meat tender and vegetables moist with no additional liquids being required.
This braiser or sauté pan from STAUB measures 28cm in diameter, 12.6cm high, and has a 3.7 l capacity. Its substantial cast-iron construction provides for robust cooking.
