With a little care , it will become your go to in the kitchen and is lighter in weight than heavier stainless steels. The more you use it the more beautiful it becomes. Perfect for outdoor cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Pan - better than stainless or cast iron This pan is beautiful and versatile. I seasoned it with avocado oil and it cooks buttered eggs with ease and without stick. I wash it with hot water and a straw brush. The long handle does not get very hot at medium temperatures on the stove. I much prefer this to my old stainless steel pan, and I like how light it is compared to cast iron.
