High quality and super slick
I have both the 12" and 8" pans. Both have a sturdy construction the provides even heating and a great nonstick surface. I have used one or the other almost daily for the last two months and still nothing sticks to the surface. While the packaging does indicate that it is dishwasher safe, I prefer to hand wash between uses as I like to think it will prolong the life of the pans (at least, that has been my experience with cheaper pans.) Obviously, the 8" pan is lighter and doesn't take up near as much space on the oven making is useful for frying a quick egg or two, making a sauce or other cooking for one or two people. Wish it would have come with a lid.

Great pans but not for Induction Cooktops.
These are great pans at a great price. I bought a set for our winter house because the pans we had could not stand up to the abuse of people who stay at the house and use our pans. All our non-stick frying pans had been overheated, over-scrubbed and scraped until the surface was no longer non-stick. These pans are tough inside and out. I bought another set for our vacation home. That kitchen has an induction cooktop. Unfortunately, I forgot to confirm they could be used with induction heat. They cannot. I gave the second set to my sister who loves them.

"Special Value" Fry Pan 3 pack does not ship well
The pans were in a 3 pk hanger like you might see in retail stores. 2 of the 3 pans were badly damaged. They were dented in along the edge. The 8" pan was the one to survive. I have read all the reviews and no one seemed to have my "bad luck". When I lifted the box to bring in the handles we sticking out the end of the box. I mostly blame the shipping co but they were Not!! packed well at all...I would be afraid to order again. The pan with a lid arrived the next day, packed well and in perfect condition. I am a little concerned after reading some of the reviews regarding problems with replacement of the items.

Recieved a used pan
These are nice pans but the largest one arrived covered in scratches and had dark spots on the cooking surface, it had clearly been used. I emailed Zwilling and never got a response so here i am leaving a review.

Excellent pans
We were looking for a 12 inch nonstick pan, and came across this 3-pc set. Zwilling is a brand we trust , having purchased in the past multiple kitchen knives, a few Demeyere and ceramic Zwilling pans, and various other kitchen items. Unfortunately, the 12 inch pan arrived dented. However, Zwilling took care of the problem immediately, and sent us a new pan. As for the actual product: We are very happy about the three pans. They heat evenly, are comfortable to handle, are easy to clean by hand (Zwilling also lists them as dishwasher safe) and very easily release food.

3 piece non stick fry pans
I was very excited to get this set. The reviews claimed they were of high quality materials. I take really good care of my kitchen tools, especially my cooking tools, so when I noticed hairline scratches on my brand new non stick fry pan I freaked out. No one uses my pans but me, so how did this happen? I do not use metal utensils on my non stick pans, and yet there were scratches on the bottom of the pan.

Good so far but smaller one has scratches on cooking surface. Have never used abrasive material on it. Only rubber cooking spatulas. Clean with sponge. Have had it only a few weeks. Have not used larger ones so far.

Where are these pans manufactured? The description says "designed in Italy, engineered in Germany", which comes across as a really scammy way of saying "Made in China".

I have the Henckels Capri Granitium pan & they’re great! Is it okay to use them on a cooktop’s high heat setting? If so, does that affect the non-stick nature of the surface? Does high heat reduce the life of the pan?

Capri Granitium Nonstick Pans have a thick aluminum construction which allows the pan to distribute heat quickly and evenly. We do not recommend high heat, a low to medium heat setting ensures the best results with the non-stick properties.

These pans seem to get pretty deep scratches too easily. Is this okay and normal? I’ve been using these pans for a couple of weeks with care but the scratches are very concerning.
Some superficial scratches are normal over time. As long as the aluminum core is not exposed, and the coating is not flaking or peeling, it is perfectly safe to continue using your cookware. To prevent scratching, ensure you're using wooden or silicone utensils and non-abrasive sponges or cloths to clean.
