The nickel steel knob, smooth enamel bottom, and unique interior matte texture contribute to exceptional cooking performance on all stovetops, including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended, suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and can also be used in the oven or grill.
